Biography

Francis Owusu is the founder and managing partner of Owusu & Partners, bringing over 20 years of distinguished legal experience in international business law, civil litigation, and corporate advisory. A graduate of the University of Ghana School of Law with an LL.M. in International Law from King's College London, Francis has built a reputation for excellence in complex cross-border transactions and high-stakes commercial disputes across Africa and beyond.

Francis is admitted to the Ghana Bar and is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association and the African Bar Association. He has advised multinational corporations, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals on corporate M&A, contract negotiation, international arbitration, and commercial litigation. His deep knowledge of Ghanaian law, ECOWAS regulations, and international legal frameworks makes him uniquely positioned to handle complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
