Our criminal defense team conducted an independent forensic accounting review, identified critical gaps in the prosecution's evidence, and successfully challenged the admissibility of key documents obtained without proper warrant. We filed pre-trial motions that significantly weakened the prosecution's case.
After a 14-day trial in the High Court of Ghana, our client was fully acquitted on all counts. The court accepted our submissions regarding the inadmissibility of the contested evidence and ruled that the prosecution had failed to establish the elements of the offence beyond reasonable doubt.
