A European family of five sought investor residence permits in Ghana following a significant business investment in the Accra technology sector. Previous applications had been rejected on technical grounds relating to investment classification and GIPC registration requirements.
We restructured the client's investment vehicle to meet GIPC registration thresholds, obtained the necessary investment certificates, and prepared comprehensive permit applications with supporting documentation that directly addressed the grounds of previous refusals.
All five family members received investor residence permits within the statutory processing period. The client has since expanded the Accra technology investment, and we have supported two subsequent permit renewals without complication.
